Tyler Heep, of Urbandale, wrote on Fb earlier this month that he received the cash via a state lottery scratch-off ticket.

“I advised them I would like a kind of huge ceremonial checks as fee,” Heep stated. “I figured it could be value a shot and so they all thought it was actually humorous.”
