PLATTEKILL, N.Y. – A police officer with the New York Metropolis Division of Environmental Safety has been arrested on fees of producing weapons at his upstate residence and promoting them to bike gang members.
Thirty-eight-year-old Gregg Marinelli can also be charged with tipping off a suspect in a serious drug investigation, state police and the Orange County district legal professional’s workplace stated.
Marinelli, a sergeant within the DEP police, was arrested Thursday at his residence in Plattekill.
