With Duke’s Zion Williamson enjoying towards Michigan State basketball within the Elite Eight on Sunday, many would possibly have predicted that he would supply the highlight-reel dunk that will present up on SportsCenter. 

Enter Matt McQuaid. 

The MSU senior made his presence recognized with a one-handed slam within the first half.
